Certificates cannot be used for taxes, tips or prior balances, unless permitted by the Merchant.

Neither DealsThatGiveBack.com, nor the Merchant are responsible for lost or stolen certificates. Reproduction, sale or trade of a certificate is prohibited unless done so in compliance with applicable law. Persons who alter, forge or attempt to allow a single certificate to be redeemed more than one time in a fraudulent manner are subject to criminal prosecution.

Certificates will not be replaced if stolen or redeemed by an unauthorized user.

Any attempted redemption not consistent with these terms & conditions will render the certificate invalid.

All certificates shall be subject to the terms and conditions of DealsThatGiveBack.com and the participating Merchant.

DealsThatGiveBack.com is not responsible for the actual available usage or duration of any certificate or the policies of the various Merchants. Please contact the Merchant directly to confirm restrictions, if any. DealsThatGiveBack.com is not responsible for merchants no longer in business or that change location(s). There are no refunds or returns.

The holder and issuer of a certificate is the Merchant. As a holder and issuer of the certificate, the Merchant shall be fully responsible for any and all injuries, illnesses, damages, claims, liabilities and costs suffered by or in respect of a customer, caused in whole or in part by the Merchant, as well as for any unclaimed property liability arising from unredeemed certificate or portions thereof. You waive, and release DealsThatGiveBack.com and its officers, directors, employees and agents from, any claim, liabilities, damages, or injury arising from or related to any act or omission of Merchant in connection with a certificate or the services/goods provided in connection therewith and/or as it relates to compliance with applicable unclaimed property and other laws relating to the redemption of the certificates or any portion thereof. Certificates are redeemable in their entirety and on a one time basis only and may not be redeemed incrementally unless otherwise specified by Merchant.

Certificates expire on the date stated on the certificate, except as otherwise prohibited by law. According to applicable law, the Merchant may be responsible for allowing you to redeem your certificate for the cash value based on the money you actually paid for your certificate for a period of time that extends beyond the expiration date on the certificate. While the expiration date on the certificate dictates the last date that you can use your certificate at Merchant for the promotional offer stated on the DealsThatGiveBack.com, applicable law may provide that the Merchant is responsible for honoring the cash value that you paid for your certificate for a period of time beyond the expiration date stated on the certificate. In other words, you should be allowed to redeem the cash value (or purchase price) of your certificate up until the greater of: (1) the certificate’s expiration date; or (2) the minimum length of time allowed by applicable law for a certificate to expire. In the event that you have an expired certificate and would like to redeem it for the price you paid to acquire it, please contact the Merchant. Once again, the Merchant should allow such redemption if applicable law requires it.

DealsThatGiveBack.com has chosen to donate a percentage of its proceeds from the sale of deal certificates to various charities. We reserve the right to change the percentage amount at any time.

Any violation of the Terms of Use and any other agreements referenced herein may result in termination of this Agreement or account, as the case may be, and may subject you to legal consequences.

You agree that this Terms of Use agreement and any other agreements referenced herein may be assigned by DealsThatGiveBack.com to a third party in our complete discretion in the event of an acquisition or merger.

We may amend these terms of use at any time by posting the amended terms on the site.

Your use of this website and any dispute arising out of such use of the website is subject to the laws of the United States of America and the State of Ohio.
